We’re still here!

Wow . . . thanks for your patience as we’ve been working through some techinical difficulties as well as a busy summer!! We’ve been singing . . . in the midst of the rest of life. Ron and Cathy’s youngest graduated from high school in May and is already starting classes at NDSU. Naomi worked all summer again at FaHoCha Bible Camp. Chuck has been busy with farming, meetings, and trips to Bismarck this summer. And yes, we have been singing, too!

The summer included singing at events such as the County Fair in Fessenden, ND, a Lutheran High School reunion in Minot, ND, the Gospel Fest at the International Peace Gardens on the border of Manitoba and North Dakota, church picnics, centennial celebrations, and the usual church services or evening concerts.

We also enjoyed again hosting the 6th Annual Gospel Music Extravaganza in Cando, ND on August 6. We were glad to hear music from friends Faithfulmen Quartet, Master’s Plan, Grace Notes, Jason Loraas, Loretta Stensland, Simply Kristi, Seth Mulder and the Goose River Boys (though only one ‘Goose River Boy’ was able to be there), and the Freund Family. The weather was perfect and we had a great turn out. Thanks to those of you who were able to be there!

Life continues here . . . always seems to be lots going on so we appreciate your prayers. Pray for Cathy and her family especially as Cathy’s mom passed away recently after fighting cancer for a couple years. We continue to look to the Lord and trust Him to meet our every need.

Blessings to each of you . . .
